About us
A real home, with family-style care
Paradise Gardens Manor is a small residential care home in Mentone, at the foot of the San Bernardino Mountains. Because we stay small, our caregivers come to know each resident: their routines, their favorite foods, the stories they love to tell.
Our focus is memory care. Days follow a calm, familiar rhythm that helps residents living with Alzheimer's and dementia feel safe and at ease, and our caring staff is here around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also welcome assisted-living residents who want a quieter, more personal home than a large community can offer.
We're under new ownership, with a fresh commitment to the people who live here and the families who trust us with them.
